Based on an Udmurtian tale, The Moon is an audiovisual reflection on death and emptiness through the prism of Udmurt folk culture. The title of the work alludes to "Spots on the Moon", the story of an orphan girl who goes to the river for water and begs the moon to save her from her evil foster parents.
